Do you deliver products internationally?

Doggiebox Australia successfully ships large quantities of pet products worldwide everyday. We have many happy customers in every corner around the world! Occasionally we may have to cancel an order we are unable to send out due to prohibitive shipping costs to some areas of the world but we always try to ensure our products are available to everyone. 


How much is shipping?

-International Shipping Fee (outside United States) varies according to the size of the order. For large orders please contact us , we offer special  shipping rate.


How long does it take for an order to arrive?
This depends on the product ordered. Domestic delivery will arrive  within 2-3 days .International orders will arrive with in  8-15 days  if you choose express or 9-20 days if you choose  regular . If you're still not sure, just contact us anytime.


Can I have a tracking number?
Yes, we will provide the tracking numbers of your orders.  A 100% satisfaction guarantee if you are having a problem with your order.

How do I track my orders?
You will receive an email, together with a tracking number, notifying you that orders have been shipped. If you have further queries, please contact us at info@doggiebox.com.au


Why have I not received any order confirmation details?
Most times this is because our customers have accidentally entered their email in wrong. Throughout the process we send 3-4 emails, including an order confirmation, a fulfillment notice, and a shipping notice. If you believe you may have entered your email wrong please contact us and we will fix it for you.


How do I know that my order has been successfully submitted?
You will receive an email acknowledgement containing the order reference number and details of your purchase. Your order will be only dispatched upon receipt of payment. 


What is your refund policy?
We offer a 100% Satisfaction Guarantee- Which means we will refund your money if you are for any reason not satisfied with your order. We want to provide a risk-free shopping experience and trust our customers to not take advantage of us on this offer.

In the unlikely event that your order hasn't arrived within 3-4 days for  domestic  destinations and 3-4 weeks for international buyers  (due to lost mail, etc.) please contact us and we will issue a refund or resend your order.
